Email support@grex.video with a short description of what happened, your device and app version. Don’t send passwords, payment-card details, or private media unless we specifically need it to investigate and you are comfortable sharing it.

When can I download Grex?
We’re preparing the first public release. The download page will link to the App Store once Grex is available.
Which devices is Grex being built for?
iPhone, iPad and compatible Apple silicon Macs running the iPhone/iPad app. Final compatibility requirements will be confirmed in the App Store listing.
Does Grex need an internet connection?
Yes. AI generation and cloud video operations require an account and a working internet connection. Generation uses credits; available plans and pricing will be shown in the app before purchase.
Can I use my own photos, videos and voice?
Grex supports reference media and voice creation. Only upload or use content you own or have permission to use, including permission from the person whose voice you want to model.
How do I share a film with a link?
Open Export video and select Share link beneath the preview. To share another version, choose it from the saved quality groups below. Anyone with the link can watch in a browser without a Grex account. The first playback may take a moment to prepare. Later edits do not change the shared version. Select Stop sharing on that saved version to disable its link, or choose Download to save or send the video file.
How do I manage an Apple subscription?
Open Apple subscription settings to manage or cancel a subscription. For App Store refunds, visit Apple’s Report a Problem. Deleting an app or account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription.
How do I request account deletion?
Email support@grex.video, or use Settings → Delete account when available in your app. Export anything you want to keep first. We may need to verify your account. Deleting an account and cancelling an Apple subscription are separate steps.
