About these terms

Grex is an AI-assisted film creation service provided by Piero Group Pty Ltd. These terms explain your responsibilities when using Grex, how purchases work, and the permissions needed to create with AI. Availability and supported devices are shown on the download page and App Store listing.

Your account

Cloud videos and AI features require a Grex account and an internet connection. Keep your sign-in access secure and provide accurate account information. Do not access someone else’s account or use the service to circumvent usage limits or payment controls.

Your content and permissions

You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload content and ask Grex to process it. This includes photographs, footage, music, trademarks, likenesses and voices. Obtain permission before creating or using a voice model of another person.

You retain your existing rights in material you provide. By submitting content for an operation, you authorise the processing needed to carry out that request and operate your video, subject to your privacy choices and the applicable provider terms. You remain responsible for reviewing and lawfully using the result.

Acceptable use

Do not use Grex for unlawful activity, child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate content, harassment, fraud, deceptive impersonation or infringement of another person’s rights. Do not attempt to bypass safety controls or gain unauthorised access to the service or its providers.

Access may be restricted where necessary to address abuse, protect users, comply with law or enforce applicable service terms. We will provide an explanation and a contact route where appropriate and legally permitted.

AI results

AI-generated content can be inaccurate, unexpected or similar to other content. Generation time and output quality vary. Check the finished work before sharing it, and do not assume that generation alone establishes copyright, exclusivity, factual accuracy or unrestricted commercial rights.

Third-party models and services have their own applicable terms. Our privacy policy identifies the services used for AI processing. These terms do not grant rights that Grex or its providers do not hold.

Plans, credits and purchases

Available plans, prices, billing periods and credit quantities are shown before purchase. AI operations use credits as described in the app. Subscriptions renew through the relevant payment provider unless cancelled under that provider’s rules.

Purchased credits do not expire. Credits included in a subscription are added on each successful renewal. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals without removing existing purchased credits. Refunds, reversed transactions and fraudulent purchases may result in a corresponding balance adjustment.

A generation that starts with an available credit balance can cost more than the remaining balance. Its actual cost may leave a negative balance, and further generation then waits for more credits. Grex does not automatically purchase additional credits for you.

Manage or cancel App Store subscriptions in your Apple account. Apple handles App Store refund requests through Report a Problem. These terms do not limit any non-excludable consumer rights, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Leaving Grex

You may stop using Grex at any time. To request account deletion, email support@grex.video, or use Settings → Delete account when available in your app. Export anything you want to keep before deletion. Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate actions; deleting an account does not automatically cancel billing managed by Apple. Our privacy policy explains retained records and provider processing.

App licence and privacy

Unless a different licence is supplied with the app, the Apple Standard End User Licence Agreement applies to the app licence. Our privacy policy explains personal-information processing.
